Sending Google Form Submissions to Torch

Using Google Forms you can quickly create forms for your customers, employees or others to fill out. Here is a sample form (this form is storing bugs/feature requests relating to Heap’s search reports):

Now, using a script, you can have this data (and any other rows) sent to Torch and it appropriately notifies and categorizes the message:

This is pretty simple to do. First, you need to setup your configuration when asked:

Then label (first row) each column to match the Torch field you want it to be sent to.

So, the lesson here is, depending on what you package into that message, Torch will respond differently; remember anything you do in an e-mail you can do in a webhook. The full sample code is here.
